We provide custom synthesis from standard PCR primers to a range of modified primers, using solid-phase phosphoramidite chemistry with fully automated quality control, supporting fluorescent labeling, biotin modification, phosphorylation, and other terminal/internal modifications.
The starting point of nearly every PCR-related experiment — when you need to amplify a specific sequence, verify by sequencing, or construct a vector, an accurately designed primer pair is the foundation of experimental success — answering "how do you precisely ‘frame’ the target sequence."
Based on solid-phase phosphoramidite chemistry, the nucleotide chain is extended one residue at a time in the 3'→5' direction on controlled-pore glass (CPG) solid support, through a four-step cycle of deprotection, coupling, capping, and oxidation. The target sequence is then obtained by cleavage, deprotection, and purification.
Standard PCR/qPCR, Sanger sequencing, in situ hybridization probes, genotyping, library construction adapters, etc.
