We offer foundational molecular cloning services including PCR amplification, restriction/ligation or seamless cloning, subcloning, site-directed mutagenesis, and vector modification, providing reliable vectors for downstream expression, viral packaging, and functional research, delivered after sequencing verification.
The starting point for almost every molecular biology experiment — when you need to assemble a gene of interest, a mutation site, or a regulatory element into the right vector backbone, molecular cloning is the foundational tool you can’t avoid.
A fragment of interest is obtained by PCR and ligated into a vector via restriction enzymes or homologous recombination (Gibson/In-Fusion); after transformation, it is verified by colony PCR and sequencing. Site-directed mutagenesis introduces base changes through primer design.
Expression vector construction, reporter vector construction, viral vector construction, mutant preparation, etc. — a foundational step for downstream services such as gene synthesis, viral packaging, and CRISPR library screening.
Dual verification via colony PCR and sequencing ensures the correct sequence
Standard 1-2 week delivery, efficient for basic vector construction
Restriction/ligation, Gibson, or In-Fusion homologous recombination, as needed
Vectors connect directly to viral packaging, stable cell line construction, and other follow-up services

Pay a deposit of at least 50% of the project cost to enter production
Quality control documented throughout production
Settle the balance and complete acceptance
Standard, custom, and large orders all require a deposit of at least 50% of the contract value to begin. The timing for the remaining balance is agreed separately for each project.
Please complete acceptance within 1 month of receiving the product or report. Any concerns about the deliverable should be raised within this window; we will respond within 2 business days.
