Based on CRISPR/Cas9 and other gene editing technologies, we offer custom construction of disease models in mice, rats, and other model animals, including knockout, conditional knockout, knock-in, and point mutation, covering the full process from design through embryo manipulation, founder identification, and breeding/expansion.
When cell-level research can no longer answer your question, and you need to verify gene function or model disease at the whole-organism level, a custom gene-edited animal model is the foundational tool for in vivo research — answering "what does this gene actually do in a real living organism."
Cas9/sgRNA and a modification template are introduced into fertilized eggs by pronuclear microinjection or electroporation. Founder mice are obtained after embryo transfer, and successfully edited individuals are identified by genotyping (PCR + sequencing), then bred to establish a stably inherited model strain.
Disease mechanism research, drug screening and evaluation, in vivo verification of gene function, etc.
Knockout, conditional knockout, knock-in, and point mutation, all available

Settle the balance and complete acceptance
Standard, custom, and large orders all require a deposit of at least 50% of the contract value to begin. The timing for the remaining balance is agreed separately for each project.
