A complete WB service from sample protein extraction, SDS-PAGE, and membrane transfer to antibody incubation and signal development, used for detecting target protein expression levels, post-translational modifications, and molecular weight confirmation.
A change at the mRNA level doesn’t necessarily mean the protein level has changed. When you need to verify expression or modification status at the protein level, Western blot is the classic method — answering "has the protein actually been expressed, and how much."
Protein samples are separated by molecular weight via SDS-PAGE, electro-transferred onto a PVDF/NC membrane, blocked, and incubated with a specific primary antibody, followed by an HRP-conjugated secondary antibody and ECL chemiluminescent development. β-actin/GAPDH or another loading control is used for normalization, enabling semi-quantitative analysis of the target protein.
Protein-level verification in gene function studies, signaling pathway research, antibody specificity verification, etc.; commonly paired with qPCR as a dual molecular-level verification.
Standardized procedure from extraction through electrophoresis, transfer, incubation, and development
Clear standard turnaround time
Band image + densitometry, semi-quantified via loading-control normalization
Covers overexpression/knockdown/knockout verification and pathway research
Submit your experimental plan and objectives
Technical advisor confirms the protocol and timeline
Pay a deposit of at least 50% of the project cost to enter production
Quality control documented throughout production
Settle the balance and complete acceptance
Standard, custom, and large orders all require a deposit of at least 50% of the contract value to begin. The timing for the remaining balance is agreed separately for each project.
