We offer construction services for stable cell lines with gene overexpression or RNAi knockdown (shRNA/miRNA), covering the full process of kill-curve determination, vector construction, transfection/lentiviral infection, antibiotic selection, single-clone selection, and expression verification.
When you need to observe the sustained effect of a genetic change on a cell over the long term, rather than just within a brief transient expression window, a stable cell line provides a reproducible system you can use long-term — answering "how do you make this change ‘permanent’ in the cell."
A target vector (plasmid or lentivirus) carrying a resistance gene is introduced into cells. A kill curve first determines the optimal selection concentration, and an antibiotic (such as puromycin or G418) is then used to continuously select a stable cell population that has integrated and expresses the transgene. A stable cell line is obtained after single-clone isolation and qPCR/WB verification.
Long-term gene function research, drug screening models, reporter gene cell lines, seed cells for in vivo tumorigenesis experiments, etc.
One-stop coverage from kill curve through vector construction, infection, selection, single-clone isolation, and verification
Delivered as a T25 stable line with a verification report
Expression level confirmed by qPCR/WB after single-clone isolation
Maintains a stable phenotype across many passages, unlike transient transfection
Submit your experimental plan and objectives
Technical advisor confirms the protocol and timeline
Pay a deposit of at least 50% of the project cost to enter production
Quality control documented throughout production
Settle the balance and complete acceptance
Standard, custom, and large orders all require a deposit of at least 50% of the contract value to begin. The timing for the remaining balance is agreed separately for each project.
Please complete acceptance within 1 month of receiving the product or report. Any concerns about the deliverable should be raised within this window; we will respond within 2 business days.
