RNA Synthesis
In Vitro Transcription of mRNA / sgRNA / siRNA

Based on in vitro transcription (IVT) technology, we synthesize mRNA, sgRNA, siRNA, lncRNA, and other functional RNAs, supporting 5' capping, 3' poly(A) tailing, and modified base incorporation such as pseudouridine, to improve stability and translation efficiency.

Purpose & Application Scenarios

Purpose

When you need off-the-shelf siRNA, miRNA mimics/inhibitors, or other functional RNA without going through the longer route of plasmid construction followed by in vitro transcription, direct chemical/enzymatic RNA synthesis can substantially shorten your turnaround — answering "what’s the fastest way to get the RNA I need."

Application Scenarios

Technical Principle & Applications

Technical Principle

Built around T7/T3/SP6 RNA polymerase, template DNA is transcribed in vitro to generate the RNA strand; modified bases are incorporated by substituting natural nucleotide triphosphates (NTPs) during transcription. Capping can be achieved co-transcriptionally (ARCA-type analogs) or post-transcriptionally by enzymatic methods (capping enzyme + 2'-O-methyltransferase). The product is then treated with DNase to remove the template, purified, and QC-tested to confirm integrity and purity.

Applications

mRNA vaccine/therapeutic mRNA research, in vitro delivery of CRISPR sgRNA, siRNA gene silencing, RNA structure and function research, etc.
