Immunofluorescent staining of cell coverslips and tissue sections, supporting single staining, multiplex (co-localization) staining, and subcellular localization analysis, with optional confocal imaging.
When you want to directly see, at the cell or tissue level, exactly where a target protein is and how much is expressed, immunofluorescence provides visual evidence of both localization and relative expression at once — answering "what does this protein look like in the cell, and where does it live."
A fluorophore-labeled antibody specifically binds the target protein, and expression and spatial localization in cells/tissue are observed under a fluorescence or confocal microscope. In multiplex experiments, different fluorescence channels distinguish multiple targets to analyze co-localization relationships.
Protein subcellular localization, co-localization/interaction evidence, cytoskeleton/organelle research, etc.
