We provide foundational histopathology services including tissue dehydration, embedding, paraffin/frozen sectioning, HE staining, and slide scanning, providing high-quality sections for morphological observation and subsequent immunostaining.
When you need to observe the basic morphological structure of a tissue and evaluate pathological changes, HE staining is the most basic and classic histological analysis method — answering "is this tissue’s structure normal, and are there obvious pathological changes."
Tissue is fixed, dehydrated, cleared, and wax-infiltrated before embedding and sectioning. In HE staining, hematoxylin (basic) stains the nucleus blue-purple and eosin (acidic) stains the cytoplasm and stroma pink, clearly revealing tissue morphology.
Tissue morphology observation, pathological evaluation, sample preparation for subsequent IHC/IF, etc.
