Covering first-generation (Sanger), second-generation (NGS), and third-generation long-read sequencing platforms, we provide one-stop services from single-sample verification to high-throughput omics, meeting needs ranging from clone verification to whole-genome analysis.
When you need to confirm exactly what a DNA sequence is, or whether it carries a variant or an error, sequencing is the way to get a final, direct answer — answering "what does this sequence actually look like."
Used for plasmid verification, clone identification, SNP/SSR site confirmation, MNP genotyping, and more — long read length and high accuracy, based on the dideoxy chain-termination method (ddNTP termination + capillary electrophoresis separation).
Suited to whole-genome resequencing, transcriptome (RNA-seq), amplicon (16S/ITS), exome, and other high-throughput sequencing needs. Based on sequencing-by-synthesis (SBS), reading short fragments in massive parallel.
Suited to full-length transcripts, de novo genome assembly, structural variant detection, methylation detection, and more, with read lengths reaching tens of kb. Based on single-molecule real-time sequencing (SMRT) or nanopore electrical signals.
Clone verification, population genetics, gene expression profiling, variant detection, microbial diversity, epigenetics, etc.
