In-stock plasmids, genes, and libraries, all catalog-managed with fast dispatch. Ready-to-ship expression vectors, reporter vectors, viral packaging plasmids, and CRISPR vectors. Full maps and sequence files are available for select plasmids, and large-scale preps can go straight into transfection.

For routine experiments, high-copy is usually the better default. If your gene of interest is toxic to the host, or two plasmids need to coexist stably, low-copy is the safer choice.
Without a resistance marker, there's no way to select the small fraction of cells that actually took up the plasmid out of a much larger population that didn't.
Most projects start with transient plasmid transfection for a pilot experiment, then move to a viral vector once feasibility is confirmed — a lower-cost way to rule out non-viable approaches early.
Ready-to-ship expression vectors, reporter vectors, viral packaging plasmids, and CRISPR vectors, each with full maps and sequence files, ready for transfection.
Sequence-verified ORF clones of commonly used genes across common species, ready for expression or subcloning without the wait for de novo synthesis.
cDNA libraries, CRISPR knockout/activation libraries, and more, ready for high-throughput screening — see CRISPR Library High-Throughput Screening for full specifications.

Purified plasmid DNA at a standard concentration of ≥200ng/μL, supplied with map and sequence files (.gb/.fasta). Choose freeze-dried or in-solution storage.
Glycerol stock carrying the plasmid, stored at -80°C. Streak and expand directly upon receipt — suited to labs that prefer to amplify their own plasmid stock at scale.
An LB plate of the strain already transformed with the plasmid, shipped at ambient temperature. Pick a single colony and culture upon receipt — ideal for shorter local transit times.
